CHECK IT!

'Everyone kept coming to the table to see me. They were all amazed at how good I was. Of course, I'm perfect!'

'Here I am looking at my "Chaunceys". Chauncey is what Mom calls these lobsters in the tank, it's a long story from when she managed a seafood restaurant. Hmm, waters too cold to swim to them. They're a bit too deep to reach from the ledge. Why do they have those colored bands on their claws? Ah, waitress, I'd like to order one of the lobsters please.'

to the great conversation. They talked about everything from politics to Irish, English, and Scottish history, to the Civil War, to conspiracy theories. I haven't had such a good time in a long time. Mom said it was like the old days in Los Angeles with the poetry community. Plus I got to see my Chaunceys!
